DESCRIPTION:\n\nNational Squad Training dates:\n\n\n\nSunday 21st January 2024 – Kumite Squad – Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre, Studio 2 Upstairs\n23rd March 2024 – Kata Squad (North) – Ian Robinson Sports Centre, Merchant Taylors’ Boys School, 186 Liverpool Road, L23 0QP\nSunday 21st April 2024 – Kumite Squad – Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre, Main Hall\nSunday 9th June 2024 – Kata Squad – Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre, Main Hall\nSunday 7th July 2024 – Kumite Squad – Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre, Main Hall\n\nSouth Kata Squad Dates & Venues TBC\nThe Squad is currently preparing for the 2024 HDKI Ireland Championships, Dublin, 19th May 2024 and the HDKI International Cup, Dublin, 20th – 22nd September 2024.\nSelections to represent HDKI GB are made from those attending and training on the HDKI GB National Squad sessions. Only those selected from the HDKI GB National Squad will be eligible to compete at International events.\nIf you are unable to attend a National Squad training session you must advise one of the National Squad Coaches.\nThe National Squad is open to HDKI members, aged 8 years and above, minimum grade 6th kyu.\nAnyone wishing to attend National Squad Training must have their Instructor’s permission to attend and must hold a valid HDKI Licence.\nWe encourage anyone who has an interest in competing, and meets the eligibility criteria, to attend the National Squad training sessions.\nAny questions please contact John Holdsworth or Julie Nicholson.\n\n\n\n\n
